Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's core products/services in global market, combine market characteristics and the features of offline or online channels to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
2. Develop customer resources, focus on maintaining key customer relationships, and ensure the achievement of established sales targets.
3. Continuously analyze market dynamics and competitor situations, and provide regular market feedback and strategy optimization suggestions.
4. Coordinate the company's internal resources such as production, supply chain and after-sales service to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of channels.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above; candidates with industry backgrounds related to the company's business (eg, FMCG, 3C, home furnishing.) are preferred.
2. Have 3 to 5 years' sales experience in consumer electronics industry all over the world, (eg, China, Japan, the US, UK, Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia.) be familiar with the entire process of customer development, business negotiation and order follow-up in the corresponding market, and be proficient in the operation mode of offline/online channels.
3. Possess excellent communication skills and business negotiation skills, and be able to effectively establish and maintain long-term customer cooperative relationships.
4. Have keen market insight and data analysis capabilities, and be able to quickly identify problems and propose solutions.

1. Develop and execute global GTM strategies for new product launches and market expansions.
2. Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to define and align key messaging, positioning, and pricing strategies for target regions.
3. Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, competitive trends, and growth opportunities across different global regions.
4. Drive product adoption and revenue growth by creating tailored GTM plans for key markets, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
5. Track and analyze the performance of GTM campaigns, using data to optimize future strategies and initiatives. Act as the global point of contact for GTM-related queries and align efforts across different business units.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in global Go-To-Market strategy, product marketing, or sales management, with a focus on international markets.
3. Strong understanding of global market dynamics, including cultural nuances, customer behavior, and regulatory considerations.
4. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Data-driven mindset with experience in market research, performance tracking, and optimization.
6. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
