Shipping method
1. Express delivery:
The goods will be shipped within 2 to 5 working days after order confirmation.
It will take about 2 working days to receive after sending.
All mailed items cannot specify the delivery date and time period.
Customers please enter correct personal information and address when purchasing to arrange shipping.
*Customers can fill in the form for self-pickup at SF Express Station/SF Smart Cabinet according to their own needs.
2. Pick it up at the MOMAX Customer Service Center:
Pick-up date: Customers can pick up the goods within 2 to 14 working days after purchase. Pick-up time: Monday to Friday: 09:00-19:00
Saturday: 09:00-15:00
Sundays and public holidays: closed

All marked arrival dates are only estimated arrival dates. The actual arrival date may be delayed due to actual logistics conditions. If you mind, please do not place an order.

FAQ
Shipping method
A: Normally the delivery party will get the correct address. However, if you find that the address held by the delivery party is wrong, you can contact us before shipping and our team will be happy to help resolve it. Otherwise, the delivery company will also contact you to obtain the correct address and arrange delivery at no additional cost to you.
Returns and exchanges
A: If you cancel the order due to personal wishes, we will charge a 15% restocking fee when returning the item, and the shipping fee will not be refunded.
If after returning the item, the order does not meet the minimum purchase requirement for the discount, the discount will be cancelled. For discounts applied to second/subsequent items, the discount will be canceled when part of the order is returned and items not returned will be charged the original price.
In the case of customized items, if the reason for return is not Momax's fault, I will charge a processing fee of 50% of the refund amount (after adjusting for discounts/shipping charges).
A: Currently, we do not offer commodity exchange. We would recommend that you return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you like.
A: We currently do not provide return label service for returns. Also, please note that the customer is responsible for all costs involved in returning the product.
The returned package remains the customer's responsibility until our team receives it. Therefore, customers are advised to take necessary precautions and use registered and traceable services when returning packages.
A: Sorry, retail stores are unable to process returns and exchanges for any online orders. Please contact us to inform us of the reason for return, and we will explain the return procedures for you.
