保養條款

1年有限保養

保養期自終端用戶購買產品當日開始計起。

除保護類產品外，MOMAX 的香港行貨產品，大部分由購買日期起都有兩年原廠保養、家庭電器／產品有一年原廠保養 (詳見下頁附表)。由購買日期起在指定的保養限期內，如產品有損壞或故障，經本公司技術人員證實為在正常使用之情況下發生，本公司將提供免費維修服務。

維修服務

香港／澳門顧客：

顧客購買MOMAX 產品後若發現產品出現任何問題，可直接聯繫MOMAX 客戶服務中心。

如有必要進行維修服務，請攜同產品及購買單據親臨MOMAX 客戶服務中心，或將有問題的產品以速遞/郵寄方式寄到MOMAX 客戶服務中心進行檢測。若證實產品因物理原因而不能正常操作，MOMAX 客戶服務中心會對產品進行維修或更換，若客人選擇以速遞/郵寄方式寄出或接收有關產品，其運費均由用家方面承擔。

保修要求

在提出保修的要求時，顧客必須提供或出示：

a) 產品(或受影響的部件)；

b) 未經修改而清晰可讀的購買單據正本。該單據必須清晰地顯示賣方的名稱、購買日期、產品類型或其序號；如果未能提供，本公司有權不提供維修服務，或可能就相關維修收取費用。

c) 有限保證不適用於以下情況：

d) 1. 本有限保證不適用於任何協力廠商軟體、設置、內容、資料或連結，無論協力廠商軟體、配置、內容、資料或連結是否包括在產品中或下載至產品中，亦無論是否在安裝、裝配、運輸或交貨過程中被納入產品中或閣下以任何方式獲得。在適用法律允許的限度內，MOMAX 不保證任可滿足您的要求，或可與協力廠商提供的任何硬體或軟體應用組合使用；MOMAX 也不保證軟體運行不會中斷或沒有任何錯誤、或軟體中的任何缺陷均是可糾正的或將得到糾正。

2. 本有限保證不適用於：

a) 正常磨損

b) 產品因往返於終端用戶和MOMAX 客戶服務中心之間產生的交通運輸費用

c) 由於粗暴操作所造成的缺陷

d) 由於對產品的不當使用所造成的缺陷或損害，包括未遵照MOMAX 有關產品的警示或說明使用產品而造成的缺陷或損害(例如MOMAX 用戶手冊中所載明的使用)

e) 錯誤的操作如非法接駁電源，以及水、污穢物滲入產品內導致損壞的產品

f) 不可抗拒意外事件或天然災害導致產品損壞

g) 超出MOMAX 合理控制的其它行為

3. 如果經MOMAX 合理判斷，產品已被MOMAX 客戶服務中心以外的任何人士打開、更改或維修，或維修產品時使用了未經授權的零件，或產品序號、配件日期代碼或IMEI/ESN篡改或因任何原因而難以辨認，則本有限保證將不適用。

4. 如果產品曾被暴露於水氣、潮濕中，或極端的溫度或環境條件下，或被暴露於前述條件的迅速變化中，或受到腐蝕、氧化或被食品或液體噴濺或受到化學品的影響，而導致電池短路或破損，則本有限保證將不適用。

其它重要聲明

已被MOMAX 替換之產品的所有部件或其它設備應成為MOMAX 的財產。
如果發現要求保修的產品不在本有限保證的覆蓋範圍內，則MOMAX 客戶服務中心將保留收取費用的權利。
請務必為您產品中存儲的所有重要內容和資料製作備份或保存書面記錄，因為該內容和資料在產品的使用、維修或更換中可能會丟失或損壞。在適用法律允許的限度內，就產品存儲內容或資料的丟失或損壞而造成的任何損害或損失，MOMAX 在任何情況下不應明示或默示地承擔任何責任。
