Warranty terms

1 year limited warranty

The warranty period starts from the day the end user purchases the product.

In addition to protective products, most of MOMAX's Hong Kong-licensed products come with a two-year original factory warranty from the date of purchase, and household appliances/products come with a one-year original manufacturer warranty (see the attached table on the next page for details). Within the specified maintenance period from the date of purchase, if the product is damaged or malfunctions, and it is confirmed by our company's technical staff that it occurred under normal use, our company will provide free maintenance services.

Maintenance service

Hong Kong/Macau customers:

If customers find any problems with the products after purchasing MOMAX products, they can directly contact the MOMAX Customer Service Center.

If repair service is necessary, please visit the MOMAX Customer Service Center in person with the product and purchase receipt, or send the problematic product to the MOMAX Customer Service Center by express delivery/mail for testing. If it is confirmed that the product cannot operate normally due to physical reasons, the MOMAX Customer Service Center will repair or replace the product. If the customer chooses to send or receive the product by express delivery/mail, the shipping costs will be borne by the user.

Warranty requirements

When making a warranty claim, the customer must provide or produce:

a) Product (or affected part);

b) The original, unaltered and legible copy of the purchase receipt. The document must clearly show the seller's name, date of purchase, product type or its serial number; if it cannot be provided, the company has the right not to provide repair services, or may charge fees for related repairs.

c) The limited warranty does not apply to the following circumstances:

This Limited Warranty does not apply to any third party software, configuration, content, data or links, whether or not the third party software, configuration, content, data or links are included in or downloaded to the product, and whether or not incorporated into the product during installation, assembly, shipping or delivery or obtained by you in any way. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MOMAX does not guarantee that any of your requirements will be met or that it can be used in combination with any hardware or software applications provided by third parties; MOMAX also does not guarantee that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the software will run uninterrupted or error-free. Any defects in are correctable or will be corrected.

2. This limited warranty does not apply to:

a) Normal wear and tear

b) Transportation costs incurred by the product between the end user and MOMAX customer service center

c) Defects caused by rough handling

d) Defects or damage caused by improper use of the product, including defects or damage caused by failure to follow MOMAX’s warnings or instructions about the product (such as the use specified in the MOMAX user manual)

e) Wrong operation such as illegal power connection, as well as water and dirt penetrating into the product causing damage to the product

f) Product damage caused by force majeure accidents or natural disasters

g) Other behaviors beyond MOMAX’s reasonable control

3. If MOMAX reasonably determines that the product has been opened, altered or repaired by anyone other than the MOMAX Customer Service Center, or unauthorized parts have been used when repairing the product, or the product serial number, accessory date code or IMEI/ESN has been tampered with or If it is illegible for any reason, this limited warranty will not apply.

4. If the product has been exposed to moisture, humidity, or extreme temperatures or environmental conditions, or has been exposed to rapid changes in the aforementioned conditions, or has been corroded, oxidized, or splashed by food or liquid or exposed to chemicals. If the battery is short-circuited or damaged due to the influence of the battery, this limited warranty will not apply.



Other important statements

All parts or other equipment of products that have been replaced by MOMAX shall become the property of MOMAX.
MOMAX Customer Service Center reserves the right to charge a fee if the product for which warranty is claimed is found not to be covered by this limited warranty.
Please be sure to make backup copies or keep written records of all important content and information stored in your product, as such content and information may be lost or damaged during use, repair, or replacement of the product. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MOMAX shall not under any circumstances be liable, expressly or implicitly, for any damage or loss resulting from the loss or corruption of content or data stored on the Product.
