Store Pickup Policy

Overview

Our Store Pickup option allows customers to conveniently
order items and pick them up at our designated store locations. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for using the Store Pickup service.

Eligibility

  • Store Pickup is available for eligible items purchased through our retail store for pre-sale items.
  • Customers must provide a valid email address and phone number to receive notifications regarding their order.

Ordering Process

1) Select Items: Make an early bird purchase in our retail store.

2) Choose Pickup Location: For store order, pick up location would be the same store.

3) Payment: Complete your purchase using our secure payment options.

Notification

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a Whatsapp business notification from stores.

Notifications will include pickup instructions and the sales invoice number.

Pickup Instructions

Bring a valid photo ID and the order confirmation (printed or on your mobile device).

Present these items to our staff at the designated pickup area in the store.

Pickup Timeframe

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving the pickup notification.

If you are unable to pick up your order within this timeframe, please contact related retail stores to discuss options.

Momax reserves the final rights on handing the late picked up products.

Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to modify your order, please come to stores with original receipts for further arrangement.

Changes may not be possible if the order is already being processed.

Returns and Exchanges

Items picked up in-store are subject to our standard return and exchange policy.
