Product Refund & Exchange Policy (physical retail store)
1. Original receipt is needed for product exchange within 7 days of purchase date.
2. All products can only be exchanged once.
3. Products can only be exchanged provided that they have been unused, and are in their original selling conditions with all tags and packing (if applicable) intact.
4. Non-brand shop items, overseas items and paper shopping bags could not be exchanged.
5. Products can be exchanged at the store where the item was purchased.
6. Products can be exchanged to any items with the same price or above. If the amount exceeds the original purchased price, you only need to pay for the difference.
7. If the amount of the exchanged item is lower than the original item, the difference will not be refunded.
8. Any coupons or gifts accompanied by the products shall be returned upon exchange or refund.
9. If there is any dispute, Momax Technology (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right of final decision.
